¨ Construction of thirty two (32) sludge drying beds including piping valves and dewatering pumps.

¨ Construction of new chlorine contact tank. Work shall include the tie-in with the existing chlorination tank.

¨ Construction of extended sea outfall with piping, fittings, rip-rap and diffusers.

¨ Construction of small electrical building to house the panel board, transformer. Work shall include the procurement and installation of the complete electrical network to power the STP expansion including connection with SCECO.

¨ Provide, install and test 500 KVA transformer, 400KW, 480V, 600A, 0.8PF in door generator with day and underground diesel tanks and a swtichgear motor control center (MCC) type rated for 480, 600A, 3Phase. The work shall include all required cables, ducts and ancillaries.

¨ Provide, install and test new control panel and one A/C package for the Motor Control Center from at the existing building.

¨ Provide, install and test all piping works, valves, pumps, fittings and other miscellaneous items to connect the existing STP with the new expansion.

¨ Provide, install and test all miscellaneous hoisting systems, stairs, grating and handrails.

Clay Filter Installation – NJBP

¨ Two (2) new fuel booster / circulation pumps will be provided for circulating fuel through the new facility.

¨ Two (2) new water coalescers complete with all associated automatic drain and slug valves will be provided.

¨ Two (2) new clay filters complete with all associated valves, fittings and three (3) sampling points. One (1) on the upstream of the system and two (2) after the clay filters.

¨ One (1) new Additive Dosing System with all associated valves, fittings, piping and mixing tank for antistatic dilution.

¨ Pipeline connecting the clay filter installation to existing storage tanks T-105, 108, 109 and 110.

¨ A new steel shed (without walls) mounted, on concrete foundations will be provided along with monorail to house the pumps, water coalescers, clay filters and associated piping and valves.

¨ A new motor control center, located in the nearby substation, is to be provided together with a lighting panel board and luminaries in the clay filter shed.

¨ A new dedicated instrument control panel with semigraphic display will be provided in the existing control room.

Fire Fighting System – SJBP

¨ The existing foam storage tanks and eductors system will be removed and replaced with new skid mounted dedicated fixed foam/water spray deluge system for Truck Loading Rack No. 1 and for Truck Loading Rack No.3.

¨ New fixed fire water monitors, connected to the existing fire main by underground pipework will be provided in the LPG Loading Rack Area.

¨ A new live hose reel, connected to the existing fire main will be provided at the LPG Loading Rack Area.

Emergency Isolating Valves - SJBP

¨ Emergency isolating valves (EIVs) shall be ball valves to API6D, qualified “Fire-safe”. Each valve shall be equipped with an air operated actuator. Actuators on valves located in fire hazardous areas shall be enclosed in a fire proof removable blanket designed to provide a minimum of 20- minutes fire protection.

¨ Each EIV shall be provided with a local shutdown panel which has dual solenoids valves to open/close the valve plus a test facility. This will allow the operation of individual EIVs to be tested without affecting the remainder.

¨ Existing instrument air lines are to be extended, where necessary, to provide instrument air supplies to the testing panels.

Emergency Isolation Actuating Buttons - SJBP

The EIV shall be operated by local actuating buttons at the Loading Racks, by actuating buttons located on a control panel in the PDD Operating Building and individually by actuating buttons on the appropriate local shutdown panel.
